The artwork setup is an absolutely crucial step to ensure your artwork is in the right format and quality for decoration. This fee covers essential processes, such as vectorizing or digitizing the artwork, adjusting the printing or embroidery equipment, and ensuring that the decoration is applied

Setup fees are around $90-$150 + GST depending on the quality and complexity of the artwork, and the decoration style to be applied.

No, the setup fee is a one-time charge, once your artwork is vectorized, and digitized, it can be put onto anything. You will only be charged setup fees if the logo or design changes.

A vector file is like a digital blueprint commonly used for creating logos, signs, and designs. Artwork in a vector format can be enlarged, and it retains its sharpness, and clarity, and doesn't get blurry, making it ideal for decorating apparel and promo gear.

Digitizing refers to the process of converting a logo, design or image into a special digital embroidery file format that embroidery machines can read the direction, sequence, number of threads required to reproduce the artwork accurately.

Absolutely, we can decorate your tee's, shirts, hoodies, jackets, jerseys, headwear, bags and more. Please note minimum quantities still apply: embroidery is 12 items. Minimum order quantity for Direct to Film Image Transfers is 25 items. Minimum order quantity for screen printing in 1-4 colours is 25 items.

Please ensure items are new, not creased or washed/ used as detergents can affect the decoration method. 

Please note, some garment fabrics are not suitable for decoration due to their composition or may have coatings such as water-proofing. 

Our sales team will be able to assess, explain and answer any questions you have about branding options, artwork, etc.

Answer:

Our lead times for production to completion are around 14 days from artwork approval, give or take a day or two on either side.

If you need something branded urgently, we have a rush service which we can do within 5 days as long as you provide the artwork in the correct format. Rush service fee is $150+GST

Absolutely, we offer, what we call a full brand ready service, and can relabel garments, fold, tag, and bag your items so they are branded, and retail ready for you.
